You can add a contact to your account by visiting the URL below:

https://my.umbhost.net/account/contacts

Tick the Invoice Emails - Invoices & Billing Reminders option and they will be CC'd into any invoice emails sent from the system

Alternatively open a support ticket and we can configure this for you
